TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Cascades Casino Delta" means Cascades Casino Delta, "Customer" or "you" means any individual who visits Cascades Casino Delta for the purpose of gaming, dining, or entertainment, "Game" includes all games offered by Cascades Casino Delta, both electronic and live table games, "Equipment" includes all gaming machines, tables, and other equipment used to operate Games at Cascades Casino Delta.

2. AGE AND IDENTITY You must be at least 19 years old (or the age of majority in your province or territory) to visit Cascades Casino Delta and participate in any Game or activity offered by Cascades Casino Delta. You agree to provide identification upon request to verify your identity, including name, date of birth, and address.

3. RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS You represent that you are a resident of Canada (or another permitted jurisdiction), and if residing outside of Canada, you acknowledge that Cascades Casino Delta is subject only to the laws of British Columbia, Canada and not those of any foreign or other jurisdiction.

4. AUTHORIZATION AND DEPOSIT LIMITS By using Equipment and participating in Games at Cascades Casino Delta, You hereby authorize Cascades Casino Delta to process transactions involving Your account for purposes of depositing funds into, withdrawing funds from, or otherwise modifying the amount deposited with Us on your behalf. We reserve the right to establish deposit limits, loss limits and other financial restrictions as outlined below.

5. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING You acknowledge that You have read our Responsible Gaming Policy (which may be obtained upon request), and agree to gamble responsibly and within Your means. Cascades Casino Delta is committed to providing tools to promote responsible gaming practices including: Deposit Limits, Loss Limits, Time-Outs and Self-Exclusion.

6. LOSS LIMITS AND TIME OUT You acknowledge that we have the right at any time to refuse a win payout exceeding CAD 10,000 per day or any loss in excess of $1000 for the duration of your stay on site if you choose to do so.

7. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY You agree and understand that it is Your responsibility to maintain accurate records of gaming transactions, including deposits and withdrawals from your account, and that We shall not be responsible for any losses or liabilities arising out of incorrect statements regarding such information

8. ACCESS AND ENTRY TO PROPERTY By visiting the property you acknowledge the use of all cameras on site , including but limited to facial recognition in compliance with BC Gaming Policies.

9. DISPUTES AND CLAIMS Any dispute, controversy, claim or matter between You and Us arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with British Columbia law, without reference to its conflict-of-law principles. Any action, proceeding or other legal process related to such disputes, controversies claims or matters must be brought within six (6) months from the date upon which it arose.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND REGULATIONS All transactions and activities at Cascades Casino Delta shall comply with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws of British Columbia. You acknowledge that We reserve the right to cooperate fully in any investigation or examination conducted by regulatory authorities under such laws

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cascades Casino Delta, its affiliates, employees, officers, agents and representatives (the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from:A) Your failure to gamble responsibly;B) Any act of a third party, including but limited to acts of terrorism, violence, vandalism or similar damage to the property;C) Any delay or disruption in gaming operations caused by technical difficulties, equipment malfunction or other causes beyond Our controlD) Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions;

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND, ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia. If any term or provision hereof is determined to be invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with applicable law, such determination will not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions as a whole.

13. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We may post changes on Our website prior to their effective date and they shall be deemed effective for all users upon posting

14. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, protect, save harmless Cascades Casino Delta, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, demands, suits, actions, liabilities (actual or alleged), fines, penalties, damages (direct or indirect) including court costs arising out of Your breach of these Terms and Conditions

By accessing the site, registering an account with us, participating in gaming activities at Cascades Casino Delta, You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein
